the "upper valley" side of
I-10 E. Between Artcraft &
Transmountain. Our plans
range in square footage from
1,700 s.f. to 3,400 s.f.
and range in price from the
$160's to the $260's.
Prices vary according to
floor plans and lot prices,
some may have a premium for
being oversized or on a
cul-de-sac or corner. I have
approx. 22 different plans
to choose from, all of which
have at least 3 BR's & 2
BA's with 2-car garages all
the way up to 5 BR’s & 3
BA’s with a 3-car garage.
