Tropicana Homes has been named builder of the year for the City of El Paso three times, more than any other builder in town.  1987, 1997, and 2005.
 

Tropicana Homes was named Texas Builder of the year in 2003.  We are the only company in El Paso to have ever received this honor.

Tropicana Homes was named Industry leader of the year for the State of Texas in 2004.  We are the only company in El Paso to have ever received this honor.
 

In 2005 Tropicana Homes received a Star Award given by the Texas Association of Builders for having the best floor plan under $125,000.  We are the only company in El Paso to have ever received a Star Award.
